Who do you find a good fit for the exercise?
For me, I like podcasts that are funny, engaging, and nerdy, because when I'm listening to them I barely even notice that I've been on the treadmill for an hour.
My top three are Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me!, The Nerdist, and WTF with Marc Maron.
Oh! I should try exercise with Cabin Pressure.
Not a lot has changed since last year. Weight flutuates, job eats brain, kid eats brain leftovers. Down one cat, up one dog.
Oh, Wait Wait is a great idea! That show flies for me.
So amych, do you have video of you fencing up somewhere? I would love to see your swagger.
I heard this on the radio this morning - a website that lets you pick music to match your heart rate.

No, I don't having anything to put up anywhere, but
::blush::
-- when I look at video I'm mostly thinking "what do I need to work on", not swagger!
Other way good podcasts--the Kevin Pollack Chat Show and The Proopcast from Greg Proops. Smart and funny.
Wow! You have no idea how much time I have spent finding music that is just the right beats per minute. It makes such a difference.
(do we get stomped for Nattering here?)
eta: Marking all the ideas!
I have pictures of amych fencing when she was at the tournament in Cincinnati almost exactly a year ago: [link] and [link] It was excellent to watch.
Oh, that reminds me - we have a Cinci tournament again this season. March sometime.
