I de-lurked last year and even posted a few times in Supernatural, but I'm often the last one to the party.

I'm another Pittsburgh lurker who knits--although, I have not advanced much beyond retangles, either (family and friends have been well-stocked with scarves), and I'm unlikely to until I finish cross-stitching a TARDIS tissue box cover for the friend who got me into Doctor Who.

I'm a legal editor, I've been married forever to an illustrator/cocktail columnist, I'm the mother of a three-year old boy who should be asleep but I can hear him talking to his bed buddies as I type, and we live with two elderly felines.

I mainly lurk in the TV threads due to my current obsessions with "Supernatural," "Top Chef," "Project Runway," "Criminal Minds," "Mad Men," "Doctor Who," "Torchwood," and "Being Human," I love the incredible, funny, insightful discussions and will often race here after seeing the latest to see what people are saying. But with the whole life thing--that can often be days, weeks, or in the case of me just discovering new Who, years later.

I also need to change my name because seeing my name kinda freaks me out a little when I post.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Hello again! Do you know you can request a name change in the Bureaucracy thread? edit: wait no, it's Building a Better Board.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Bureaucracy works.

Oh, duh. I didn't connect the board name right away. Waves to vrooooom from CO.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I remember vrooooooom also! (Er, mainly because of the name. Hi!!)

I am loving hearing from lurkers. I think it's great that people have a positive experience here, even when the pace might preclude jumping in. (But you totally should, if you want.)

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Hi, vroomvroom!

Hi, lwadams!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Hello, vroomvroom and lwadams!

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Howdy vroomvroom and lwadams!

I knitted once. Made a kick ass, two color scarf for my mother. I tried to make another for me. Forgot how to it. Couldn't even do the start without it falling apart. Must find another cute girl to teach me again. Worked the first time.
