My question: are there any other Alaskanistas yet? I mean, other than AnotherAlaskan, who, alas, no longer even lurks.

I'm not Alaskan, but I fly Alaska Airlines just about every week (sometimes twice!!)...:)

Hi Margaret T! I miss Portland--I lived there for 4 years in the early 90s. I suspect it's changed a bit since then.

I feel sort of like a lurker here now, because I can't keep up with most of the busy threads and I'm down to following just a few. Sigh.
