This place has been my family in so many ways that my actual family has never been able to pull off.
I agree with this, and I have a pretty awesome set of parents. (Who say "Hi!" to everyone they met at the f2f.)

Yep, this.
How awesome is seeing all the Toms in such close succession? Extremely, that's how awesome.
This is my family. I found it, all on my own. Is little, and broken, but still good. Yeah, still good.

I believe there's a solid reason why here on b.org, when saying "Scola" from time to time, people mean "awesome" and more than that.
And it didn't take me very long to find out why.
It has been so much fun to read all the origin stories this month. For someone all new and a bit nervous of asking people about themselves, it's also been happily convenient. You're all fab.
We do have an awesome set of Toms: Scola, with his million-dollar smile and photography skills; Tommyrot, the man of 10,000 interesting links (that are usually safe to click on); and TomW, beermaster extraordinaire, newly minted citizen and man with the taste and intelligence to marry Nora.
TomW, beermaster extraordinaire
Not to be confused with ThomasW, who I believe posted last night at the Tom role call.
I knew I was forgetting a Tom.
I obviously should have made a more thorough examination of the active posters' names before resolving my own quantum presence on these here boards. I can try studying beers and merging with TomW, but I'm only 20 years old yet, so I hold the Buffistae in general responsible for any repercussions.
