The thing about secretaries is that in academic institutions, they seem to use the title for just a generic office worker. Basically the job titles here are, in order of level, secretary, administrative assistant, assistant director, associate director, director. There's not really a category for "worker".

Also, why did my company do a huge presentation we are all required to watch, that is TOTALLY voiced by some relative of Ben Stein? It's this low gravelly monotone voice talking about powerpoint slides, and I can't even listen. My god.
