When I lost my job I dropped twenty pounds.
I wasn't trying. I most certainly was not eating better -- kept getting take out full of cheese and fries and anything else wonderful. I was out drinking about two nights a week instead my traditional two times a year. I actually had to STOP kick boxing once I had no health insurance so I wasn't getting more exercise, I was getting far less.
Getting tons of sleep and not being berated eight times a day seems to be the best diet for me. The weight just falls off.

They're beautiful, Shir! When Nilly posted about how she was all buried under a hairdo and makeup, I was worried that she'd look different or somehow not-Nilly, but she is Nilly through and through in every single one of those. And lit from within.
