When I lost my job I dropped twenty pounds.

I wasn't trying. I most certainly was not eating better -- kept getting take out full of cheese and fries and anything else wonderful. I was out drinking about two nights a week instead my traditional two times a year. I actually had to STOP kick boxing once I had no health insurance so I wasn't getting more exercise, I was getting far less.

Getting tons of sleep and not being berated eight times a day seems to be the best diet for me. The weight just falls off.

Nilly looks so much like herself, too -- I feel like that's always a risk when a person with a simple style gets taken over by hair and makeup people.

It sure was for me. Cheap rock shows, free vodka at Angels & Kings, coming home at dawn, sleeping 'till 2:00, eating calzones... and losing weight all along. The sweet life.
