I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

DUDES! I am transferring shows from my TiVO to my computer RIGHT NOW AIFG! I should have the new TiVO set up by weekend. I just have to go through all of mac's shows with him and get a save or delete verdict on each. oh and I have to make sure I have enough space on the HD for the shows. oops. The $50 I saved on the Tivo has been eaten up more than twice over with buying a new wireless adapter and then the software for the mac. I really needed a new HD anyway, but still.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Oh Allyson! That's lovely.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Awesome tattoo, Allyson!

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Thanks! I'm just sad I can't really see it without two mirrors. But I like the placement for its flirtiness, if that makes sense.

“Not dead yet!”

It's very perky, Allyson.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh that's lovely.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Very nice, Allyson!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm just sad I can't really see it without two mirrors. But I like the placement for its flirtiness, if that makes sense.

It does. I don't want to get a tat where I can't see it, because I'm shallow like that, but on other people it's nice, because I can see it even if they can't. If that makes sense. You can sweep your hair out of the way, and bingo!

Man, I really want my dragonfly tat. Later, later.

Where did you get it done?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's a lovely tattoo (and placement), Allyson.

I went to Broken Art Tattoo, which is really lovely. It's set up like a comfy lounge, lots of sofa, very airy and light. Good, calm atmosphere.

Weirdly, while I was sitting on one of the couches hanging out waiting for the artist to work on the transfer, a dude came in, walked up to me, and asked me if I could take a walk-in.

I apparently look like someone who works there. Which is odd, since I have no visible tats.

ETA: I went on a rec from a friend, who got a tiny piece of her mother's writing tattooed on her arm (I love you more...). Her mom is dying of cancer, and the artist refused to charge her for it, since he lost his own mom after a long battle with cancer.

Gorgeous work.
