No idea. Before he became story writer boy, last I heard he had finished law school and was working crazy hours. I knew he had wanted to quit and write instead (our parents know each other), just didn't know he'd actually done it.

I think I need to buy this watch.
That is cool!
I had a neat pocket watch once, but I went to the flea market and bought a cow-belly magnet and put it in the same pocket as the pocket watch, and that was the end of that....
eta: No such thing as a flee market, right?
My current wristwatch has been living more or less permanently in my purse for several weeks. I think it's time to move on.
EWG has released a review of research on cell phone radiation. Among other things:
A joint study by researchers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom found that people who had used cell phones for more than 10 years had a significantly increased risk of developing glioma, a usually malignant brain tumor, on the side of the head they had favored for cell phone conversations[link]
They also have a database of phones & PDAs so you can see how much radation your tech emits. My phone is pretty bad, boo. But I barely use it.
Huh. The iPhone is pretty bad, but I wonder if that's mitigated by the fact that I hardly ever use it as a phone?
Jess, that's a beautiful watch!
I really love this one: [link] I just don't need a pocketwatch, dang it.
Hmm. My Blackberry Pearl is pretty bad, too. But my previous phone was a RAZR, which is one of the best, so maybe it averages out?
So you're a fan of The Atom, Allyson?
Good luck, Dana!
I currently have a pocketwatch. In that it's my wristwatch from years ago without the lower band and some of upper band having fallen off. I keep it my pocket. I even replaced the battery a few years ago.
