And what's the fun in becoming an immortal demon if you're not regular, am I right?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Puffy AmiYumi yay!

It's like our only aerobic exercise tonight.

Fortunately they play it before and after each episode and it's on Play All.

Punishingly Intricate

I think I may be in town on the 12th for lisah's neighborhood festival. Depends on work schedule, but that's MY plan. Let's hope work agrees.

YES!

I am loving Facebook for the reconnecting with old friends these days. It's been totally old home week for the old DE punk rockers all week! hilarious.

It's easy to ride the same groove. It's hard to break out. But you definitely seem more hopeful, engaged, happy.

Yup. I really need to force myself to do something craxy more often. Or just step into it. It's good for me and I'm a changehater, despite change being so fucking good to me.

“Not dead yet!”

Heh. Matilda is tucked inside her Groovy Girls playhouse (by way of Abby), fretting with Emmett's Beast Boy action figure and watching Cyborg flip out about his Titanmobile (which is also sitting next to her.)

Am I a twisted individual that I find this all so incredibly charming?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy belated birthday, Liese!

Am home from the US Open. We left before the end of the men's match, so I'm glad there wasn't a big upset.

I got a big election guide in the mail in Korean and I think Chinese. I wonder if I'll get one in English?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Why are the "minority" kids relegated to the backup singing and C level plotlines?

Because they're paper-thin stereotypes who would probably collapse under the weight of a real storyline that treated them like people?

(Um, yeah. I hated this show a lot.)

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I has a kitty in my lap.

Had fun playing games w/ roommate and her friends last night. I reigned victorious, which is always a bonus. But now I'm up two hours later than I'd planned.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Watching Glee and last night's old Criminal Minds back-to-back turns out to be surprisingly creepy...
