The fires scare me, but having never been in an area that had them, they seem distant, if that makes sense.

we have had more good mac days. I think the meds are working. He is not spiraling when he gets upset by something, he is recovering in a normal pattern. good f'in times. still afraid to think allis clear. the plan is for my parents to overlap a couple of days over labor day weekend, then my dad to go home and my mom to stay for the first 2-3 weeks of school.

I'm still in a bad mood. I feel fragile/brittle, if that makes sense. But we have a mini-crisis at a client's office, which is actually helping me by keeping my mind off things....

IOFireN, I think Buffy said it best when she said, "Fire bad...." Did you hear the story about the two people who tried to ride the fire out in their hot-tub? They were critically burned.
