See also, sandwiches that put fries IN the sandwich.
I have to say, a REAL Greek Gyro or souvlaki me pita (none of this nasty American processed meat "gyro" stuff) is really good with some greasy fries in the mix. I had spaghetti pie last night!
I can't wait to go home and continue the Greek Dip Fest I began over the weekend. I have taromasalata, tzatziki, and a kind of spicy cheese dip whose name I can never remember. Edit: Kopanisti, I think.
I'm not sure what I'll be doing for dinner. Biking up to the hippie co-op for their salad bar, artesian bread, and cider sounds good.
I'll be too busy to cook dinner tonight due to yardwork, mowing, brush clearing, and beagle escape prevention. So either pork chops if my wife cooks dinner (it does happen, it's just rare), or carry out.
With my primary care doctor in Houston, I could almost always get in to see him the next day. Yes, I was very lucky, and he was part of a very large conglomerate.
Now, specialists? At least a week, bare minimum.
