I predict that rightfully, 'nuked the fridge' will be replaced by 'hit the White House with a tidal wave AND an aircraft carrier.'

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I'm gonna stick with "jumped the shark" methinks. The WX poster says she got chewed out for JTS usage, which is just pissy.
Skipping on the computer of one of my roommates (my own computer stopped talking to the internet. I guess that after I didn't have any voice to speak of, or with, for a week, my virus somehow got passed along to my computer. They should study us in labs! Which have internet access, of course. Um, where was I? Oh, yeah).
So, since I'm not sure I'm going to be able to monopolize my roommate's room on time tomorrow, I'll post a day early that, according to the Buffista Calendar, tomorrow, the 25th, will be vw bug's birthday, and send her lots of early wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
[Edited to wave to the new thread. If a thread gets 30k posts, then even the five-hundreds are still considered a sorta low number, right?]

Neither is as good as "run from the killer frost" however.
It's Friday. How awesome is that?
How awesome is that?
Pretty awesome, especially since I get off at noon today. (I have social plans with MWu and Spencer this weekend, Perkins.)
Sy hi to them for me!
YAY FRIDAY!
I have word from sara. She is not dead. She is having a wonderful time on her trip and has been able to balance time with parents and time away.
I am off work, which is awesome, but paying the price for denying the new truth that I can still stay up late at night, but I can apparently no longer sleep late in the morning. Booo.
This video documents the creation of a fabulous homemade Star Wars AT-AT walker loft bed, built by a father for his son. It's made from everyday, easy-to-source materials and includes a hide-hole loft (in the AT-AT's body) with trap-door access. This fills me with feelings of fatherly inadequacy and makes me start plotting something equally elaborate for Poesy once she's big enough to enjoy a trap door.
