YAY FRIDAY!

I am off work, which is awesome, but paying the price for denying the new truth that I can still stay up late at night, but I can apparently no longer sleep late in the morning. Booo.
This video documents the creation of a fabulous homemade Star Wars AT-AT walker loft bed, built by a father for his son. It's made from everyday, easy-to-source materials and includes a hide-hole loft (in the AT-AT's body) with trap-door access. This fills me with feelings of fatherly inadequacy and makes me start plotting something equally elaborate for Poesy once she's big enough to enjoy a trap door.
YAY for Sara not being dead.

Will there be cake?
Maybe. I don't know. I haven't organized anything. I was thinking of going to Clifton's Cafeteria because nothing says you are 37 more than eating food cafeteria style off a tray in a super kitschy place.
What are people doing this weekend?
A whole lot of stuff I've let slide: a car inspection and oil change, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, cleaning the rest of the apartment, organizing my books, planting some vinca I won in a raffle, executrix stuff, and maybe a bike ride if I can fit it in.
