Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

msbelle, definitely check the side effects and talk with a pharmacist about it.

Tons and tons of vibes going out to you and mac both. I'm glad your dad is there now and that the hivemind came through so splendidly.

Comcast update: I didn't get as aggressively great a deal as java and PC (89.99/m; apparently I am a suck negotiator), but I did get $40/month knocked off for the next year. That's almost 3 loads of laundry or a tank and a half of gas or half a grocery trip to TJ's a month. I'll take it.

Happy birthday, bon!

JenP! Awesome! Job in Bel Air or just the training? Will be happy to help as much as I can.

Am soaked through. Walked the lake again, except I decided to go around it twice. Feeling pretty good. And this was after walking to the FM.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, man -- my stupid cable company wouldn't talk to me about rates over the chat. They want me to call. Meh!

Jesse, I had to call too. Going strictly by chat may be key -- which may mean waiting until after regular business hours, since most companies have 24/7 live chat but only regular 9-5 (or maybe 8-6) phones. If you can wait, try again tonight.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Bedwetting could easily be enabled by drugs, since all you need is the right kind of deep sleep where the muscles relax, et cetera. Though with all the trauma lately, that could do it too!

The heat index is up to 106 here last I checked, so I have moved inside with the AC.

hip deep in pie

Our humidex is 38C/100F. Far too hot too outside battening the hatches for Bill. Who will likely move south of us, giving us tropical storm conditions. But this warm weather is worrying me a little.

I have no idea if my parents are at home, which is under a hurricane watch, or in Newfoundland, where they are expected to get a direct hit from Bill. I haven`t gotten any calls from my mother, so I suspect they are in Nfld.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Not Time Warner.

I was about to ask if you had TWC or Cablevision. (I have Cablevision and I loathe them.)

Time Warner sucks as well. Gotta love a monopoly!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

If anyone is around that has Polgara's phone number, could you send it to me? I need to tell her my flight is going to be delayed. Thanks.
