Death panels? you betcha, too many people and this will ultimately help with unemployment also. Socialized Health Care? My employer-based health care is FANTASTIC (and 100% paid-for), but then, I work for a British company and I'm pretty sure the Americans are the only employees they have to cover at all. (The Brits and Canadians do get employer-based perks, like a better visual plan than the NHS offers, but basic coverage isn't an issue.)
