I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

Now tagless for your comfort.

She's definitely learned her lesson! Just spoke to the doc. He gave me the penny. It didn't take long.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

He gave me the penny. It didn't take long.

You should frame it.

Ha! Glad it went okay. I think this beats flushing toys down the toilet, myself.

Jessica, cost issues would include: the plumbing (how close is it to your existing plumbing), the dishwasher itself (easily priced) and any required cabinetry/counter rearranging. I have handy friends who have done counter and cabinetry work themselves, though you may not want to, and for plumbing you probably want a Real Plumber.

It would probably be cheaper to pay your husband to wash the bottles.

Dear co-worker,

I understand that you're not as familiar with the work we've both been assigned as I am, and therefore I've taken on half your workload in addition to my own. I even understand that said unfamiliarity means you have many questions, which you must frequently interrupt me with while I'm doing your work. But is it too much to ask that you stop eating long enough to ask me those questions clearly rather than standing in my doorway, mumbling them around mouthfulls of food, and delaying me for twice as long?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Jessica, if you end up really looking into it, you might see if Build It Green has any dishwashers. I am sure they'd be cheaper than new. I wish I could give you mine and replace it with a half sized one like I want and then build in more cabinets, but I have no time or money for such a project before the move.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Would one of the drawer dishwashers work for you? They can take up less space, especially if you only do one drawer instead of two, although you would probably still need some cabinetry rework. However, since you're about to have the classic sized family, you might want the full sized washer anyway. The single drawer works fine for us, but it's just the two of us.
