What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Compared to every other day this year, I feel like I have some energy and maybe enough motivation to actually do things, but I would still give anything to be able to stay home today.

Yesterday started and ended with massive amounts of office politics and people not acting right, and I suspect today won't be better. Plus our evaluation/review cycle is starting, so today we get training about it.

That reminds me, I need to bleed the radiators. Which is not all that much of a chore, really, but I have to find the key first....

I have read a new phrase for "navel-gazing", "forever taking his mind's temperature" - made me laugh out loud.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I really should get a humidifier.

On a different topic, I purchased a small 1.5 quart crock pot. Now I need recipes. I have never used a crock pot before and I'm not an overly creative cook. Help!

I'm pretty sure no one needs to see my belly dance though.

Suzi - check out allrecipes.com adn just search for slow cooker or crock. The recipes are rated and have comments so you should be able to find some that appeal.

information libertarian

I can work to tempt you if you'd like, Sparky. We are technically in commuting distance of the ATL (especially if his work could be done virtually a couple of days a week) and housing and child care prices are incredibly great compared to DC. Depending on the salary they are talking, your DH could be a SAHD!

Having an ADD roommate means never being able to find anything in a logical place. Still looking for the radiator key... which was cleverly tagged with keychain that said RADIATOR KEY.

So far I've found the missing screwdriver in the silverware drawer, an old remote, a squeeze bulb for irrigating ear canals, spare ink inserts for pens, but no radiator key.
