You need to write that, though! You need to be appraised based on what you have control over. Otherwise, as far as management can tell, the bottleneck is you. Better to have it down on paper.

Our quarterly "State of the Company" meeting was today. Mostly blah, blah, blah stuff but at the end they had a drawing for "fabulous prizes". And I won a mini-Honey Baked Ham. Woot.
Our family is big on Backgammon. CJ plays pretty cutthroat but doesn't always make the most strategic moves. He is old enough that I don't hold back. Sometimes I'll question his thought process on a move, but I don't let him change it - more trying to get him to think of other options.
