Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have about one more meal. Maybe I can make it gumbo. Everything's running a bit late. I'm pretty sure I won't get to say goodbye to people.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We went and saw Princess & Frog after church. It is very cold out.

Now football.

In a miracle, mac has done all his homework due over the break. No last day of vacation fights.

Roux is not hard. Even I can do it. And it's great for mac and cheese.

Speaking of cheese: I'm having a grilled cheese sandwich with brie, grilled chicken and bacon. It is heavenly.

The 3:00 playdate we had (and really really really cleaned for) just called to cancel.

Also, if any local folks want to come by, we have red velvet cake, yummy decadent cheeses and sparkling wine AND a clean house. come by if you'd like.

I'm also in the process of shredding denim pants for a carpet. If any of you have either jeans you don't want or other jean weight fabric and you want to send it to me, I'll pay for postage because I need more. Also, white wool sweaters please. If you have any and want to get rid of them, I'll pay postage.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I might, Kat.

Would sweet potato be good or weird in a beef stew?

Also, FTR: I don't feeeeeeel good.

I definitely have some jeans I can send you, Kat.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Would sweet potato be good or weird in a beef stew?

Good

I changed the garage door opener light bulb and it still doesn't go on. I think I have run out of caring, though.

I guess I'm decompressing from the holidays. I spent way too much time at the hospital and nursing home, and I guess I've been a giant ball of stress and anxiety for weeks.

The best birthday present I could get today would be a goddamn fix for my lack of wifi connectivity on my new computer. Everything else I can work on myself.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Would sweet potato be good or weird in a beef stew?

Good.

I might have some jeans for you, Kat. I'll have to take a look.
