I've been up since 5:30, and that was sleeping in. I do not have to go to work today, but I have a long list of chores and projects to do. I hope the baby thinks that cleaning out the laundry room is entertaining.

Double word! Clio woke me around 5 and I finally fell back to sleep about 10 minutes before my alarm went off. Work smells like there's been a heating oil spill. And yet we sit here, inhaling noxious fumes.
I just scored a random call from Colin in answer to an early morning email. So I guess I keep this bit. But more sleep would be still be great.

My cube is on the third floor, and on windy days you can hear the building creak as it sways back and forth.

I was up at 1:00 and then Noah was up at 2:00. He and I fell back asleep but woke at 4:00. Now we're up for good.
