OK, opinions on this example of Chicago winter fashion? I saw this woman on the train platform last night. She was wearing a regular winter coat (I couldn't tell what she had on underneath), some sort of grey gym shorts, black pantyhose, brightly colored leg warmers and a pair of Converse sneakers.
