You're famous by association!

Heh. I think he follows eleventy million people.

My favorite follower is Elizabeth McCracken because her book The Giant's House is one of my all-time faves.

Kittens! Puppies having happy endings!

I tried a feliway plugin when Devi was being evil bitch kill towards Loki. Didn't seem to have an effect. Moving did.

Feeling frazzled. Swim was rough, pool was fucking cold. Took 1000 yds (that's 20 minutes) before I wasn't acutely aware of the cold.

I'm so screwed with xmas shopping. I need to clean. I need to pack.

I haven't scooped the litterboxes yet. Catsitter coming by for keys now. Eating dinner now.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Glamcookie, THANK YOU for whitefonting whatever it was about the chihuahua. I cannot read/hear about animal cruelty without shutting down. (Which is not criticism of DJ for posting about the puppy; there's no way she would have known that about me.)

I have to go hug the pets now.

The difference between bad vodka and good vodka is like two trips through a Brita filter.

MythBusters proved that.

I thought they disproved it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I thought they proved it but the cost of filters made it a wash. The filtered vodka ranked pretty well at the tasting.

I hugged the black and tan coonhound (who was found in a ditch as a puppy), and he tried to steal my chili.

No respect, I tells ya.

The dalmatian didn't like the hug and flailed until she was free.

The cats gave me the stink-eye, so I didn't even try to hug them.

Freeloading furry ingrates.

I cannot read/hear about animal cruelty without shutting down.

Me, too. It affects me like no other thing.

Oh, my god. I mean, reading/hearing about humans in pain/trauma/abandoned *deeply* upsets me. I can't really articulate how much.

But reading about animal cruelty? I can't even cope.

(One of the cats has decided to come over and drape herself across me, which is about as close to a hug as I think will happen.)

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Glamcookie, THANK YOU for whitefonting whatever it was about the chihuahua.

No prob. For the record, nothing actually happened to the chihuahua, but it could have - and I'll leave it at that. Also, I hugged on my kitties, too.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I cannot read/hear about animal cruelty without shutting down.

Me too. It twists me up inside. People who deliberately hurt helpless creatures should be dropped in a shark tank sans cage.

I have a kink in my neck. It's pissing me off.
