CJ and I are cleaning the apt in 20 minute spurts of energy. My room and bathroom are done. CJ's room is 75% done. Still have his bathroom, living room, dining table, and kitchen to go.

Plus we plan on putting together a gingerbread house at some point today.

I'm breathing better than earlier in the week. The cough isn't gone, but doesn't feel like I'm horking up a lung. Just get tired WAY too easily.

At bookstore failing to find most things on my list, but have found these two titles:

How to be a villian

The hussy's handbook

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I've already had/am still having a puking migraine today, which really annoys me because now it's too late to go to Target before the crowds get there.

Ugh. Perkins, I'm going to Target... anything I can get for you that will fit through the interwebs?

K took Noah to the San Fernando Mission (seriously) and I'm making soup. I need to go to Michaels to find little bags for the last of my xmas gifts as well as some tape. Then, done!

My Sunday is masquerading as a Monday. Does that mean tomorrow will be more enjoyable? We can hope.

Sadly, I need to return things (and buy stocking stuffers), but thanks.

I may get there before noon, and it's raining, so maybe it won't be too bad.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Had our open house yesterday which went very well and there were some Buffistas there--but all at different times, oddly enough. The torrential rains made everyone have to stay inside, but that just made it more convivial (meaning loud). Food was eaten and mimosas drunk and our guests seem to enjoy themselves.

A friend from college who had been living in Colorado showed up--due to Facebook. I hadn't seen her in about 15 years and as soon as she saw me she burst into tears--it was so lovely to catch up.

Today I am too tired to move, but have to be at work anyway. Feh.

So, the winter storm seems to be just rain. I suppose I ought to get dressed and moving since it is freaking 2 o'clock anyway? I was awake between 7:30 and 8:30, if that counts???

Either I have no tolerance anymore, or those drinks last night were so much stronger than I thought. Holy moly.

Damn office gift exchange. And damn me for having gift ideas I am stubborn about. I am carrying 2 large bags and my purse in the rain. Just now getting lunch and I need to be home in just over an hour. Not a relaxing afternoon.

At least it was productive?

I'm off to the pool, to hopefully apologize to my kidneys and liver for last night.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, my god, it is so much work being a Saints fan.
