Jesse, if it's just going to a general mailbox, it's likely going to a person like me. Resend it and say that you found a typo, would it be alright to replace the cover letter with the corrected one?
I'm pretty sure it went straight to the guy I called "Ms." in the address block....
I just sent off two resumes, one with a typo in the cover letter. AWESOME.
I think my letter for this (editing) job had a typo. You never know.
ETA: Okay, "Ms." not so great.
ETA: Okay, "Ms." not so great.
Was it to Ms. Chanandler Bong?
I am 99% sure I at least spelled his name right...
Oops. Well, you can still correct, you know.
I think someone kidnapped my introvert. I'm actually looking forward to inviting people over for drinks on the deck some day this week after work. Even work peoples. Normally the idea of work peoples in my house makes me scream. And I miss my UK travelling companions. Hmph.
Sounds fun, Sara! You can be an introvert and still social, you know...
So, seriously -- should I send a corrected letter? I can't decide which way looks worse.
Send the correction. It shows you can admit to errors and fix them.
OK, thanks. That is solid reasoning!
UPS came with dresser. I unpacked it from the evil Russian nesting doll packaging (package within a box within a box). Wiped it down. Put clothes in it. Took boxes out back and stomped on them.
Dresser is on the small side, but hey, it's here and it's done, and certainly got a full body workout.
What is up with the nesting? My globe came in something likt 57 boxes. For 9 pieces.
