I smushed my blackberries on the way back from the farmers' market and am now forced (forced!) to make a blackberry-nectarine crisp.
I am exhausted, I would really like this to be all over now.

Oh, my god, it almost made me a communist. I felt guilty with how much we were fed, for example. However, the footrest and the seat that tilted way back were godsends. And having first class for most of the trip certainly helped with all the drama on the way back.
But seriously. There's a CHEESE COURSE.

I just feel like there ought to be a way to make first class slightly less extravagant and coach slightly less miserable.
The shrimp risotto I had on the way back was aces, though.
beth, the offer of help is appreciated. honestly, I wouldn't let anyone over to help, though. I have way too much guilt anytime I leave the house. Even with spraying down our shoes each time and never wearing anything that has not been treated and kept in plastic, I fear spreading them.
