I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

YAY lisa!!!

I did shopping today and did not overbuy. happy. did not manage to get the paint samples I wanted, so I may just order them. the biggish paint stores are a bit of a pain for me to get to, especially since I am not sure they'll have them and online always has things.

I think I am going to try to get my loafers re-heeled (I drag the heel) since I cannot find ones I like as much to replace them. why have most shoes gone to a molded rubber sole that cannot be repaired/replaced? hate that.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

What a great story, lisah!

I have determined that the barbecue next to the fruit stand where I get my eggs (that is to say, the guy with smokers out in the parking lot) is seriously good. Nom nom nom.

So, I yesterday I was in the middle of writing a really angry letter to the Director of Nursing at Grace's facility about our 48 hours then something changed within the last 12 that sort of, while not taking the wind out of my sails, resolved part of my issue while still pissing me off. I'm trying to decide if I should scrap my 2 page already written letter for a new one or if I can transition it or edit it somehow and still send it?

I'd be concerned that the tone would come through from the first letter. Probably better to rewrite it.

lisah! Congratulations! So so very happy for you!

And it's such a wonderful and oh-so-perfect story, with the romance (how lovely that he actually remembers where was the first time he saw you!), and the orange and the costumes and the funny all entangled. Oh, and the help from good friends, too.

So happy for you. And for him - he's one lucky guy.

David, the tone of the first letter is actually way more mild than I feel now. Then I was just concerned and now I'm kinda really angry. Longer story and letter here: [link]

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

congratulations lisa!!!!!

I am so dissappointed to hear this. I drag my right foot, and was thinking about trying to get my Dansko's re-soled because the right edge of my right heel is worn down over half an inch. I feel like if I pay over $100 for shoes, they should last a lifetime, with maintenance, of course.
