Most people is pretty quiet right about now. Me, I see a stiff -- one I didn't have to kill myself -- I just get, the urge to, you know, do stuff. Like work out, run around, maybe get some trim if there's a willin' woman about... not that I get flush from corpses or anything. I ain't crazy.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Death-themed candy, anyone?

Oooo! Me me me! Especially if it's Eliza Dushku shaped

I can't believe she's never heard of All Saints' Day. Or maybe saints are satanic, too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Seriously, I grew up (at my parents' admittedly rather out-there church) basically being told I'd probably burn in hell if I dressed as a witch on 31st Oct. Also, I used to get ranted at for watching BtVS by such Christians. Also, also, I've sat through 40-minute sermons about Harry Potter and the Hell-Bound Children Who Like Reading.

We have that. My cousins grew up sitting in the house praying, not answering the door on Halloween.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It started out on CBS, but moved to USA after 1 or 2 seasons.

I didn't mean to look like I was referring to the show--my experience with it was USA-only. I missed the CBS window.

“Not dead yet!”

smonster, you would have been so proud of Abby's outfit today. Black t-shirt with an orange sparkly tank over it, denim knee-length shorts, knee-high black and orange striped socks and black and gray Mary Janes. In her hair, a bright green barrette onto which she'd glued an eye (the ones you use in crafting for sock puppets and the like).

The Halloween dance at school today.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I can't believe she's never heard of All Saints' Day. Or maybe saints are satanic, too.

Well, derr! What with the Papistry and all, totally satanic.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

We have that. My cousins grew up sitting in the house praying, not answering the door on Halloween.

Hey, fundamentalist religious paranoia is a global phenomenon! I'm so proud.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'd say Benedict is more like Emperor Palpatine.
