The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Perkins, that's the best. story. ever!

I thought you might like that one!

I have no desire to do work, even though I have a large pile of it to get through today.

Considering the way I feel right now, I suspect that I'll be spending the weekend in bed. I hope it's not the flu. Maybe I should take my work laptop with me tonight in case it is.

I'm scheduled to get a regular flu shot next week.

Punishingly Intricate

Ha! Yaya. I am having a day. Seat assignments came out for our new office space and I am busted back to a cube. Despite just having taken over project management of the main project I work on with no added compensation. Grrr. I know I should be glad to have a job and our space is super limited but I'm hurt and pissed.

I got my kids seasonal FluMist yesterday. The county has H1N1 FluMist now but not the shots (I want to get the kids the H1N1 shots. Go on, ask me why.) In GA the only people getting the H1N1 vaccine appear to be county health departments, and they are first-come, first served. Not sure if they are enforcing any limits on who is eligible.

Does Liese have H1N1? She seems pretty seriously sick, yo. And a couple of other of my online friends, too. It's been widespread but mild in GA so far, but these things come in waves, so just because my kids didn't get it in late September when it was all over here doesn't mean they'll be safe when it comes back in February.

I'm not sure I've ever had the flu. But I got my first flu shot Wednesday because they did them here in the office. After the crazy not-swine flu I had back in April, I'll do anything to not get sick this year. I was a bit tired, but I have a feeling that's from overwork and not the shot.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

oh flea, why? I am hearing lots of arguments against the vaccine in general but nothing on mist vs. shot.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Em got the H1N1 vaccine in the mist. No seasonal flu vaccine though. Not sure if we'll do it this year.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Hil, that story is seriously effed up.

My back has been hurting for three days. This happens with PMS sometimes, but it usually doesn't last this long.

I got the flu shot at an office clinic, and will get the other if/when it becomes available.

So tired today. No particular reason. But it's a lazy Friday anyway with coming in late and employee appreciation day.

Aaand apparently I was just the victim of a phantom bus, so apparently I'll be sitting at a bus stop for a while longer.
