The fatigue strikes me as being a really dumb move on evolution's part. Hey, lets make the people responsible for the continuation of the species too tired and nauseated to run from any predators for three months! Intelligent design my ASS.
Intelligent design would rock. Let's face it evolution is all about good enough, like a lazy contractor. Things will get better when we're a race of cyborgs.

It's gonna be the future soon / Life won't always be this way
I dreamed last night that I had a cell phone that acted like a remote control/mouse with my computer. I could just point it at the screen and navigate using arrow buttons. I think I also transmitted information from the computer through to the person I was talking to on the phone.
Dude, get that thing on the market now.
I clarified that for DH--he was still laboring under the assumption that winged pterasaurs were all called "pterodactyls."
Actually, they are. Pterosaur is the proper name of the order, but pterodactyl is a common term for them too. There is a specific genus called pterodactylus too, which includes the first pterosaur specimens discovered.
(Incidentally, I once worked out what a dactylogram was during a trivia contest by running it through pterodactyl.)
Ok, we may not be able to outrun a lion or a hyena, but there are at least three of us, and I think we could take out Billytea... Just saying. :P
...Ok, I've just become fascinated by the question of exactly how much trouble I'd get in if I responded with "now, now, that's just the hormones talking".

No, no, evolution is extremely demanding. It just can't always get the parts.
Yes or no: having to leave for work while it is still mostly dark is worse than having to get up before the sun.
This is Tino's fault isn't it?
Fricking Tino.
Leaving work when it's dark is the worst for me. Don't mind getting up in darkness.
