She told a story of a woman who stopped doing art, became a successful executive, but got fibroids.
I just did a full on, Craig Ferguson style "Whaaaaaat?" at my desk, yo.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Professional etiquette question - I'm writing an email to Potential New Overlords with a list of questions/demands about the benefits package.
Now, if this were a job I'd applied for independently, I would obviously be using my personal email account to communicate. But this is a merger/aquisition, so the only way this guy knows me is as Employee Of Current Company. Should I still use my personal email and just sign it "Jess from That Company You're Buying" or should I just go ahead and use my work account?
Jess, when I went through that a couple of years ago, I used work email. They know you're going to have questions because of all the changes.
I think you should use your professional account, Jess. It has to do with the merger/acquisition and you're asking legit questions about something that has to do with the eventual outcome.
Thanks guys.
You are most welcome! Do you have anything else that needs solving today? I am solving girl today along with my partner Barb!
Could you also get them to double my salary so I can afford a nanny? I don't think I'm logistically equipped for 2 kids in 2 separate daycares...
I'ma let Barb handle this one.
I want a pony!
