Woe to the fucking wicked.

It's possible to have a triangle with two right angles -- on the surface of a sphere.

If a student did this I'd likely pay up, and then talk about 2-d vs 3-d vs 4-d. Maybe gravity, too.

Quick, folks:

"...and therein lies his ethical position..."

"...and therein lays his ethical position..."

Word says "lays" (snicker, 12 years old), but "lies" sounds more, I don't know...right.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

"Could you just die, Bob, uh, Clippy? Could you just do that, huh?" Another Ari Gold-ism that's made it into our daily life...Mom said it to Mitch McConnell on TV the other day.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, my work outing for lunch that was supposed to take most, but not all, of the day, turned into a huge clusterfuck when apparently the van broke down and we had to wait extra hours to leave and then got caught in mad traffic. Luckily, some ballsy coworker got us a special Queens drop-off instead of having to sit in the bus all the way back to the office.
