Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sorry, I forgot: Happy birthdays, Burrell and Calli!

Could be condensation... does it have a icemaker or any kind of water hookup? Could it be a leak from pipes in the walls?

It does not have either of those things, and I just put down a towel and left. Meh. It couldn't have waited ten days??

hip deep in pie

Older fridges I have known have had trays to catch water on the bottom. Maybe yours has one and it's overflowing for osme reason.

Hppy Birthday Burrell! Happy Birthday Calli!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Sorry to hear mac's going through another rough patch, msbelle.

Happy birthdays Burrell and Calli!

When I directed Variations on the Death of Trotsky in high school, I used Maxwell's Silver Hammer for the curtain call. (Ah, high school theatre. Where nobody worries about royalties.)

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Thanks for the birthday wishes, y'all! I've reached the age of the ultimate question. We'll see if anything comes to mind.

And now I'm off to celebrate by going to a meeting. Whee!

Because books.

I woke up with Maxwell's Silver Hammer in my head.

Happy happy birthday to Burrell and Calli, with cake!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Bah. My cat got out last night, and I only discovered it this morning. Looked around the area behind my building (she got out the back door) this morning but didn't see her. I talked to the building maintenance guy (who lives in the building) and he's going to keep an eye out for her.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Oh, tommyrot, no! I hope you find her soon.

Coding and Sleeping

Happy Birthday Burrell and Calli!

I hope your cat turns up soon tommyrot.

This weekend was more house painting. I did some trim and the garage doors while my FIL brought over his paint sprayer to help. We made some good progress. Doing some trim was nice, it gave us a good idea what it will look like when we're done.

Leif had his last soccer game of the season. He had a good game and scored two of his team's goals and they won 8-2. It was a nice way to end the season, but I sort of felt sorry for the other team. Leif's team ended up 7-1 for the season. Emaryn's team still has two games to go.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Back at work after a two week vacation.

Me too, and I am not happy about it.

Happy birthdays, Burrell and Calli!

Yikes, tommyrot, I hope she shows back up soon.
