I'll just jump in my time machine, go back to the twelfth century, and ask the vampires to postpone their ancient prophesy for a few days while you take in dinner and a show.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Thanks guys! I feel like I'm in the middle of the world's longest hangover right now, but otherwise very happy. (Oh first trimester, I hate you SO MUCH.)

I'm home with Dylan today and we've watched more TV than he's usually allowed in a week. If I have to watch this ep of Dinosaur Train one more time I may kill myself, but I don't actually have the energy to argue a channel change.

Congrats Jessica to you and the whole family!

Mmm, I got to hang out with a newborn yesterday. Such a magical age.

hip deep in pie

Congrats Jessica!

My boss had his dog at the office today. It's part bichon frise, part shih tzu, and the most mellow dog I ever met.

There were reports of sleet here, but I am ignoring them.

Also, I am just over my cold, and feeling like another one is coming on.

Trust my rage

I saw 2 3-day old babies at the peds office today (while trying to keep Frisco from even looking in their direction). So cute and squishy.
