You have to remember that being a 5-time Olympic medalist means Hilary Knight has been playing hockey at an elite level at least 16 years. It's impossible for her to be a teenage girl less than 16 years old, thus the President's complete lack of interest.

my local to work bakery has discontinued my favorite dessert. I told them I was lodging a complaint and they did not seem to care. This from a often 2-3 visits/week customer (ok, so they have manyhundred visitors/day). hates them.
so now I am coughy and congested and have NO DESSERT! clearly I should be given the rest of the day off.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
So I called my 81-year-old mom last night and she wasn't home. She finally called me around midnight her time and I asked as a joke, "Where were you--out clubbing?" "I WAS!" she told me. And she was! An old friend of hers is a cabaret singer ( [link] ) and she was performing at a jazz club in downtown DC. My mom, Aunt and Uncle and a some other friends of hers-- a group of people in their 80s--went into town to see her and they all apparently had a wonderful time.
I think we all should plan on clubbing in our 80s, Buffistas!
