Mal: Cut it out. Job's not done until we're back on Serenity. Zoe: Sorry, sir. Didn't mean to enjoy the moment.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Why on earth did I wake up with "Toy Soldiers" by Martika in my head?

I need to be doing laundry.

That's a legit problem, Theo! If, yes, first world. But still!

And Loki tried to kill the tp again.

It was looking shifty.

Insomnia is No Good Very Bad. It didn't visit us tonight. But it was a close call.

I have culled clothes ugh. Least favorite thing ever.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It occurred to me the other day that it's much easier to cull books than it is clothes for me! Because there's always the library if I absolutely positively have to read a book again, but there are no Clothes Libraries out there.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Concert last night (pair of folkies from Seattle who mostly do sea songs) was good. One of them mentioned, in passing, being a BtVS fan.

Rennaisance faire today.

A Clothes Library would be simultaneously awesome and awful at least conceptually.

I'm trying to strictly give myself the year rule -- if I haven't worn it in a year, I won't, so it needs to go. DAMN it's hard.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Timelies.

Right now, I'm waiting for grocery delivery. Then this afternoon, tutoring. If the groceries actually get here on time, I'm going to go to the March for Equality before tutoring.

It is hard, but I was able to get rid of two dressers this way. I think it's really worth it. My guest room/office is much less cramped now.

Because books.

I try to cull every time I do the seasonal switch. If I haven't worn something all summer or spring, then it goes, etc. It was tough at first, but it's helping to prevent the kind of enormous, intimidating culling I've had to do in the past.
