A Clothes Library would be simultaneously awesome and awful at least conceptually.
I'm trying to strictly give myself the year rule -- if I haven't worn it in a year, I won't, so it needs to go. DAMN it's hard.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Timelies.
Right now, I'm waiting for grocery delivery. Then this afternoon, tutoring. If the groceries actually get here on time, I'm going to go to the March for Equality before tutoring.

It is hard, but I was able to get rid of two dressers this way. I think it's really worth it. My guest room/office is much less cramped now.
I try to cull every time I do the seasonal switch. If I haven't worn something all summer or spring, then it goes, etc. It was tough at first, but it's helping to prevent the kind of enormous, intimidating culling I've had to do in the past.
I'm trying to cull everything, with limited success. I had forgotten I owned half of the books I just packed, but I was happy to see them! I know I should be getting rid of more stuff, but meh. I am selling an old computer today, and giving away a ton of old magazines. I think it's kind of hilarious that those are the things that got bites off craigslist. No one wants my desk!
I've been doing gradual cullings the last few weeks. I need to do another one of jackets and sweaters.
And probably shoes. So anyone who wears a 9/9.5 pay attention. I may be wanting to foist some gently used FABulous shoes on you.

Oooh! I take a 9/9.5. And it would probably be worth it to pay for (slow cheap) shipping on a box o' them if I even get one useful pair out of it.

I last saw size 8 at age eleven. I was a solid 8.5 until I had kids. Then 9/9.5 and the occasional 10, depending on the shoe. I feel like a hobbit.
10 is a perfectly respectable size!
