Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This is how I like my fashion shows - chock full of WTF: Fashion Weeks' Most Outrageous Outfits: Chic Or Shriek? (PHOTOS, POLL)

I think I like this one the most - it looks like a nice dress that got attacked by some of Wile E. Coyote's Acme Holes: [link]

“Not dead yet!”

As much as I love fashion, I really hate the modern interpretation of the fashion show. It's a stupid show that has nothing to do with the actual clothes.

That said, if the Prada dress had a full lining, it might actually be interesting.

Must get my ass in gear and change clothes for a walk. I've been going all day. On the way to the farmer's market, got to cheer on the marathoners at mile 22. Couldn't believe how fast they were going! It was cool to see all the people lining the road and on their porches, cheering them on, and bringing out towels and blankets and milkcrates for those who hit the wall and collapsed. Even the guys in the disreputable place near Giant were out, swigging from 40s, smoking and hollaring cheerfully. Getting to EC took 90 minutes due to all the closed roads. Uhg. Haircut, ring dropped off for repair (thanks, lisah!) a failed trip to Target (huh?) and back home just now. Oof. Had to stop for a marathoner who was almost there at Eutaw Street, 6+ hours into the race. Random people were cheering him on.

Tired now. Must move.

OK, I'm wearing a cat on my head, and it is not fucking great.

Definitely motivation to move.

Aveda+ Loki= bitey-bitey cathat.

At least there's not a rare parrot on your head shagging you....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sirocco Kakapo (aka the rare shagging parrot) has his own Twitter and Facebook accounts now.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Hey folks, I need advice. I need to put both a CD track and an MP3 file onto a CD, to be played I assume on a boom box. I would just buy the MP3 song on a damn disc, but there's some time pressure as this is for an impending funeral. There seem to be 5,000 conversion programs out there -- any suggestions?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

You know what's kind of mortifying? Realizing that your already fairly high level of sucking at parallel parking has been exacerbated by the fact that you really can't turn your head and neck very far to the right to the point that you have to ask someone else to do it.

Luckily, JZ is a kind soul and didn't mock me as much as she could have.

What about me? I'm full of mockery and I didn't even take the bait.
