I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

It's an NIV "study bible". It's actually really nice and was a gift, so I feel kind of guilty selling it, but my husband (the giftee) won't use it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am trying to avoid laughing my ass off, but seriously, it is both hilarious and adorable.

And brilliant!

My plans for the weekend involve a lot of packing, errands, and a lot of TV catch up. And making bread, I think.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I'll buy it. How much do you want for it? 'Cause I get no more spending money this month (yay, birdseed!) but would be happy to take it off your hands next month if you don't mind waiting.

I should also mention that it's got my husband's name on the cover. Cause, you know, it was a gift. But it's small, and you can, um, paint over it in black nail polish?

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Are there any frozen pizzas that don't suck if you nuke them instead of sticking them in a convection oven

Lean Cuisine's roasted veggie pizzas are halfway decent. I'd recommend even chain pizza places over them, but if you want something to cook at home without preheating an oven that might be a way to go.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I don't know, but if I can just scream "coffee!" from my bed and wake up to a freshly brewed cup then I'm sold.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

My parents left me, between them, about 10 or so Bibles. The 2-column one with a NIV-ish translation and a KJV translation side-by-side is pretty cool. But when my parents' minister emailed me last month to say they'd found Mom's Bible in one of their study rooms, and where should they mail it, I really had to find a nice way of telling him not to bother. (It's a donation to the church's youth ministry now.)

Stricken from the book of life? Noooooooo!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Going to the movies tonight with friends. This weekend we are measuring the front yard and trying to plan and budget the GET RID OF FUGLY CEMENT BLOCK WALLS AND DEAD GRASS OMG AT LAST campaign.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Will do!

Thanks. Now that I have a grown up job, I really need to pay more attention to my finances. And make investments.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yeah, I know the feeling. I still need to get on the making investments part. Interest rates ain't what they used to be.
