I wouldn't want to travel with a steampunk cake. Someone at the F2F site would have to be resigned to having their kitchen usurped and covered with flour and stickiness.
I could travel with a container of fondant gears, I guess, although the TSA might decide it was the first sugar bomb.
I am an Obama fan, but quite unhappy with the Nobel decision. At the time he was nominated, he really hadn't done anything except be the anti-Bush. All it's going to do is be additional "evidence" for the Nobel committee-liberal-Nazi-UN-Socialist-Masonic-Illuminati conspiracy.
I don't want to eat my healthy bean salad for lunch. I want fries!
Well, I have a pink sink when you want one.
I am 100% totally completely absolutely DEBT FREE!!!!!
yay for you I am impressed.
and I do not count my house as consumer debt. Even if my house makes zero dollars ( unlikely ) if I sold it I would get a large some of money that I never could have never stuffed in the mattress. and meanwhile I have a cool place to live and enjoy and make mine.
We painted over our pink bathroom, which was doing nothing to change our opinion of where our landlord/friend falls on the Kinsey scale. Hubby and I are not pink people.
Looking at DH's pictures from Vancouver, I think we might have to move there. It's just so damn pretty!
(If only it weren't a zillion miles from family. And WAY too far from Hilton Beach - Google Maps clocks the drive at 42 hours. A train from Vancouver to Sudbury is 3 *days*. But still. Pretty! And not as expensive as Brooklyn!)
I don't get to see Tom Scola today. It is sad making.

He's having lunch at Juliana's new restaurant which got a rave review recently.
My sister and BIL are house-shopping, and saw one place in Vegas that was just filled with light mauve/pink decorating, including two of the three bathrooms.
