Simon: Captain... why did you come back for us? Mal: You're on my crew. Simon: Yeah, but you don't even like me. Why'd you come back? Mal: You're on my crew. Why we still talking about this?

'Safe'

Natter 64: Yes, we still need you

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I might actually start crying.

Aww. I would write you porn if I actually had any free time whatsoever.

Dana, I've been there.

But today, I woke up at 5 local. Hrm. Managed to squeeze in another hour of trying to sleep before giving up. This probably won't last long.

There's a cat outside my french doors looking in and taunting Loki.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I hope Dana got a better room and some sleep.

I woke up unecessarily early this morning as well, and hope I don't have trouble with my flight.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I woke up at 3:30 am and I am still going to be late to work! This is at least partially because the 7:08 bus does not match up with the other bus I need to get to work, so I have to wait downtown for 20 minutes. But seriously, I should be able to be ready by 6:54 if I get up at 3:30.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I slept in until nearly 7. The cats were pretty disgusted with me.

sarameg, I'm so glad you're safe and sound. Dana, I hope you got a better room and got some solid rest! So much better than camping out on a hard airport bench!

“Not dead yet!”

Oh Dana, I hope you are sleeping like the proverbial baby right now.

As for me, I was awakened at 6:30 not by Lewis' alarm, but by Mooshu-- Mooshu, he who has lying around like a carpet down to an art form, whimpering and finally somehow opening the bedroom door. That opens inward. After that, Jasmine and Pisces started frolicking, so I had no choice but to let them all out. They were also all very thirsty, so I'm suspecting that Abby didn't exactly fill their water bowl last night when she gave them dinner.

But I'm up. And ingesting coffee.

Well, I managed to get most of the locations labelled on my pictures before I forgot. Now to do the parents'. [link]

Or I could shower. Or answer an email I should definitely not. Or run away.

Can't decide.

And now my father is monopolizing my bathroom.

“Not dead yet!”

sara, those are absolutely unbelievable. It's almost impossible to imagine that something like that exists for real. The eclipse pictures and the shots of the Himalayas are especially striking.

Deck demo starts today!

Barb, being up at the pass during the eclipse was surreal enough without the eclipse. The light and clouds and feeling of being lost in a sea of sky was just...woah.
