Zoe: Next time we smuggle stock, let's make it something smaller. Wash: Yeah, we should start dealing in those black-market beagles.

'Safe'

Natter 64: Yes, we still need you

“Not dead yet!”

Go Tep!

If I wasn't so unbelievably stoned, I'd be doing a happy dance for you. I'm virtually happy dancing for you. Wildly.

kids, I have like a negative amount of motivation to work.

This morning I went and got fingerprinted (4th time in the whole adoption dilly-ma-bob) for the re-adoption of mac. this is a requirement, but also a technicality - it gets him a name change (middle names only) and a US birth certificate. That was way the hell out in outer Queens. It went really fast though and I got back top Manhattan in time to get a hair trim (only 1 inch off, I decided against a chop).

With the late arrival, I grabbed food and am forgoing lunch, but damned if I can motivate to work. I've answered one email and that's it.

Maybe I should just do some early holiday shopping online. I've already started, maybe I can finish before Thanksgiving.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Now I need to start funneling money into a Roth so as to hit $5,000 before April 15, 2010. Also build up the emergency fund more.

And buy a GIANT ROBOT WITH FLAMETHROWER HANDS TO DO MY BIDDING.

Or maybe just some shoes.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Yay, Teppy!!!!!

Maybe I should just do some early holiday shopping online.

In my book,that's being productive.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

For the first time in my adult life (18 years and up), I am 100% totally completely absolutely DEBT FREE!!!!! I paid off the last bit of my credit card this morning.

Yay Teppy! You are my role model!

(I hope to be in the same position in a year or two, when I pay off the last of my student loans.)

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Thank god for COMM, which warned me about the placenta discussion, so I could close my eyes and scroll down.

First thing in the morning, people? Really?
