Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

I have groceries. I have filled some more bags with clothing to donate. I have emptied my dresser and packed as much as I can into my giant suitcase. I have also wrestled the dresser into the hallway, assembled and filled a shoe organizer, filled several garbage bags and taken out the trash, and carefully removed everything from the TV stand with all wires attached and wheeled said stand into the hallway as well. Swept. Dusted. Now eating raspberries and looking intently at a jug of vodka.

I'd like a drink. Sadly got back too late to lay in supplies.

The funniest compliment was after being fetched from the aiport after 24+ hours of travel, having had a shower and getting a double take "I almost didn't recognize you! How'd you do that!" I really looked that bad? Never let that one live it down. (I did feel positively slimy until I showered.)

God, laundry needs to finish.

you know, if you muddle those raspberries with the vodka, maybe a touch of sugar, it could be reeeeallly tasty.

I do need to travel more. Trip like this need to happen more than once every 8 years, you know?

I wish this one wasn't so blurry: [link] The one following it is sharper but less nice. That's at the Bouddhanath Stupa in Kathmandu.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Okay, Delta gave everyone on our flight who missed their connection a hotel and food voucher, so I can't complain too much. I would desperately love to go to bed (let me do the math...plus eight hours makes it almost 7AM in Austria, and I got up at 4:30AM yesterday), but the toilet in the bathroom will not stop running, so I called the maintenance guy instead of just shutting the door and ignoring it, which I really wanted to do.

And now I'm reading Trek porn while waiting for the maintenance guy.

Look, I either post or I fall asleep at the desk.
