There's one called Chesapeake Commons at 601 N. Eutaw St. The google map link won't go directly to it, though. Eastof MKL Jr Blvd., north of W Franklin St.
ETA: I've e-mailed/heard back from this one. They seem pleasant and helpful, though are quick to point out how quickly their apts. go, which may or may not be an exaggeration but can't fault them for saying so.

Yeah, but I'm not wedded to truly down town. The apartments looked cool, is about how much thought I put into it. I think what I need to do is make a few appointments and see what's what.

I only know it from the beginning of A Wrinkle in Time, when Charles Wallace offers to make Meg a liverwurst sandwich during the storm. It sounds delicious in the book, but in that book-sandwichy way that real sandwiches never quite live up to.
