Our wings are not tired.

sarameg, microchipping is the only reason I ever got my adopted puppy back when she ran away from the dogsitter during my trip to Toronto.

He's still crying at the french, oh excuse me, he's moved to crying at the FRONT door. Full caterwaul. NO.

Dinner is veggie lasagna because I can just zap it and I can't cope with assembling the planned salad. Too wired still.

When I was out looking for him, all the OTHER dang neighborhood cats were coming to my calls when I was on the porch.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cats, man. My stupid Homer was trying SO HARD to get the (Irish!) mover guy this morning to love him, it was hilarious. The mover guy just ignored him. Luckily, my super and landlord came over tonight, and my super gave him some love.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Pinks Hot dogs!

I don't get the whole Pinks thing. I mean, sure, we could have them. But we like Nathan's better. Actually I'm a fan of Ballpark.

Oh, and speaking of my landlord, I am SO GLAD to be ending 10 years of people saying, "You're not a Red Sox fan, are you???"

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Speaking of cats, Nova decided to start meeping and scratching at the door at 3 this morning. Why? I don't know. I'm just surprised I'm not more tired than I am.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

This is why cats concern me. I would love to have a cat that was mellow, affectionate, didn't wake me up at night, and never knocked anything over.

Instead, they are generally the personification of chaos.

Dinner: jumbo shrimp in couscous with onion, mushroom, petite green beans, roasted garlic, feta cheese, almonds, basil, and lime juice.

My cat is most of that.

It's hard to get a cat to order.
