Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, and speaking of my landlord, I am SO GLAD to be ending 10 years of people saying, "You're not a Red Sox fan, are you???"

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Speaking of cats, Nova decided to start meeping and scratching at the door at 3 this morning. Why? I don't know. I'm just surprised I'm not more tired than I am.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

This is why cats concern me. I would love to have a cat that was mellow, affectionate, didn't wake me up at night, and never knocked anything over.

Instead, they are generally the personification of chaos.

Dinner: jumbo shrimp in couscous with onion, mushroom, petite green beans, roasted garlic, feta cheese, almonds, basil, and lime juice.

My cat is most of that.

It's hard to get a cat to order.

NEVER NAME ONE LOKI.

(Though it fits.)

I swam another nonstop mile. I promise myself to do 1000m, but then somehow getting from 20 laps to 33 seems like really not that much, certainly less than 1 to 13 and so...might as well. I was so relaxed. WAS.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Oh, no. I just found that kid who used echolocation died in January.

I distinctly remember warning you about that at the time.

True fact.

But it just fit him so! Maybe it should be "prepare yourself for drama if you get a cat whose name has to be a trickster god."
