the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I suggest that you replace your photo with something like this.

Sweet Italian Jesus! Tom, you are eeeeevil.

Now I need someone to convince me I don't need a Day of the dead flask:

Why would I do that, when they're AWESOME?!?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

For $12, how could you NOT get a Day of the Dead flask??

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

For $12, how could you NOT get a Day of the Dead flask??

This is what I've been telling myself.

I mean, seriously. I've got myself on a moratorium on objets that will sit around the house (and I know I'd never actually carry a flask...), but that one is a winner.

Because books.

Is there something else you could get that would give you such pleasure for as long ?

There are several not-family-friendly answers to this question, I think.

What?

I can't decide if it's awesome or tragic that my casino player's card was still in my suitcase from the last time I went to Vegas.

“Not dead yet!”

I have found two dresses from the company Mom used to work for, both of which she cut the patterns for.

I really love this one, but I'm not sure if the color would be too bland on me:

And this one is just total Alexis Carrington early 80s Dynasty. As Lewis said, "If there's such a thing as tastefully gaudy, that's it. And you would totally rock it." Which... I'm not sure, exactly, what that says about me. I will cop to loving the rhinestone design.

Of course, I need another formal like a need a hole in the head, but this is different since Mom worked on them.

Right?

UPS is requiring someone to be present for the delivery of my TV stand. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE the first delivery attempt, because then I would have taken my work laptop with me last night and worked from home today.
