What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

In theory, I'm going to do a massive closet culling and reorg. In practice I may just see Fame and sleep a lot.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Tomorrow - zoo, carousel, then babysitting our neighbor's toddler.

Sunday - hopefully nothing. I need a day of lying on the couch watching reality TV.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Well, to go back in time, last night we went to see An Evening Without Monty Python, which was loads of fun. Alan Tudyk was BRILLIANT in it. Afterwards, we found out our car had been towed and walked the two miles to the tow place and got home at midnight. Cost about $300. So today I am at work, broke and with horrible blisters.

Tomorrow, I am volunteering at this: [link] all day. In the evening, we are going to a friend's concert at a coffeehouse and then to another friend's birthday party. Sunday, clean house and help DH pack for his business trip.

Grah. That happened to me a few years ago. It's not fun. We had to walk about that much distance as well, which blew our afternoon plans.

I am not familiar with that one! But it appears to be a Bollywood Sense and Sensibility starring Aishwarya Rai, so it should be good times.

Always Anti-fascist!

Enjoying the books and movies I got for my birthday that finally got here. Several of them might be liked by Buffistas including "Ruling the World as A Smartmouthed Goddess" and an essay book about Gilmore Girls called "Coffee at Luke's" that Jennifer Crusie edited.

Thanks for the artichoke suggestions, y'all. I usually have the marinated ones, which is why I was thinking they were salty/tangy. The white lasagna sounds delicious.

And my review was postponed for an hour. Possibly so they can round up security to kick me out for lazing about on the interwebs too much. Or maybe just to ratchet up my bp another few points.

So tonight I'm either celebrating or mourning. Tune in around 2:30 . . .

And thanks for the ~ma!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What a terrible end to what sounds like a great evening, Scrappy! Booo!
