Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Speaking of religion, I was just handed some awesome literature by the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries. For example, did you know that both JFK and Lincoln were assassinated by the Vatican? And hate crimes legislation is designed to persecute Christians.

oh no, boyfriend just called to say my diabetic cat was slumped on the floor in his own poop and when he tried to lift him to stand he slumped back down. He's taking him to the regular vet now. He's never had a problem like this before. ugh. thank god boyfriend is there though!

Oh no! I hope your cat is OK.

I got a little worried about my cat this morning, but he turned out to be lazy, not actually paralyzed....

I am looking super cute today. I'm sure Tino will ruin it eventually, but I'm going to enjoy it while it lasts.

but he turned out to be lazy, not actually paralyzed....

I know that's been the case before! I feel bad because he's gained some weight recently and someone has been peeing inappropriately (could have been his brother) but I hadn't gotten around to taking him in to get his levels checked. Poor Bob is getting thrown into the deep end of pet ownership.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Here's a fun game - it's called "Try to explain this flawed logic."

Bill O'Reilly: Higher Canadian Life Expectancy "To Be Expected" Because "We Have 10 Times As Many People"

Last night on the O'Reilly Factor, Bill turned to the audience letters. From Peter in Canada: "Has anyone noted that life expectancy in Canada under our health system is higher than the USA?" Bill wasn't phased, but he did use some creative math to answer. "Well Peter, that's to be expected," he said, "we have ten times as many people as you do!"

I'm usually good at explaining "What were they thinking when they made this incorrect logical assertion?" but I'm drawing a blank on this one....
