Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Oh we know. We all know.

Way before the musical, we knew. That was a hilariously memorable commercial.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I tend to assume everyone has Seen All The Internet Things before me, but just in case: here is a shot for shot remake of the Aaron Burr got milk ad starring Leslie Odom Jr.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I had forgotten that commercial, so now I'm amused like three times over.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I'm not super up on celebrity politics, but I believe I've heard that RDJ is pretty conservative, so props to him for speaking out against the orange buffoon. (The rest of the video was good, too. Poor Ashley Johnson's voice breaking got me a little teary, too.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

but I believe I've heard that RDJ is pretty conservative

I don't think so. His dad's a total counter cultural filmmaker/artist. RDJ grew up in Greenwich Village.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Then again...

[ In a 2008 interview, Downey stated that his time in prison changed his political point of view somewhat, saying, "I have a really interesting political point of view, and it's not always something I say too loud at dinner tables here, but you can't go from a $2,000-a-night suite at La Mirage to a penitentiary and really understand it and come out a liberal. You can't. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone else, but it was very, very, very educational for me and has informed my proclivities and politics ever since."[129] However, when asked about the quote in a 2015 interview to promote Avengers: Age of Ultron, he denied that his previous statement reflected any longstanding beliefs on his part, and stated, "I wouldn't say that I'm a Republican or a liberal or a Democrat.[130]

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Man, with all the backpedaling he does from various statements they should hook him up to a generator and power half of Orange County.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I don't feel great about that.
